This is a 100% Arabica, Fair Trade Organic, single origin bean, produced by Café Timor Cooperative, a local farmer cooperative consisting of 16 local farmers.
 
Characteristics are a sweet nutty flavor, medium acidity and smooth body with hints of cocoa. An excellent all round bean which can be used in Plunger, Stove Top or Espresso.
